1. Is your family still interested in attending GRACE Co-Op this year or in the future?  

2.  If it were an option, would you be interested in having your family attend GRACE Co-Op for 1/2 a day ( at least 3 hours, still full time so cleaning and commitment hours would still apply) ?

 3.  What will be the grade levels for your children for the 2019-2020 school year? 

4.  Will any of your students be taking dual enrollment classes this year?

5.  Does your family use a "full curriculum" in your homeschool (like Abeka Academy or K-12)? 

6.  From looking at our schedule online, even though the classes are listed as "Closed," which specific classes would you be interested in for your children and would you consider any of the other classes available each hour if there are openings?  I realize this is asking you to be specific and the reason is that most of our classes are completely full, but there is a possibility that we may have a few openings in certain classes for this semester. 

7.  If we are still unable to accommodate your family this semester, we would like to assist you in locating a group that would meet your family's needs. Therefore, are you looking for a co-op with primarily academic or enrichment classes (for example, academic classes such as science, English, History or enrichment classes such art, PE, computer applications) or more of a support/field trip group?
